The tradition of Brazilian churrasco began centuries ago in the plains of southern Brazil, where gauchos gathered around open fires to roast the finest cuts of meat and share them with family and friends. These gatherings were about more than food—they were about community, generosity, and celebration.
Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse was founded as a family-owned, faith-based restaurant, built on hard work, passion, and a love for serving others. What began as a dream became a reality when we opened our first location in Roseville in 2014, bringing the authentic Brazilian churrascaria experience to California.
Today, our mission remains the same: to create a place where people gather, celebrate life, and enjoy incredible food together. From the fire of our grills to the tableside carving by our gauchos, every detail reflects the warmth and hospitality of Brazilian tradition.
